Description:
We are looking for funding for the purchase of a boutique style hotel in Mexico. This hotel resides directly on the beach, has been in existence since 2001 and has approximately 30 rooms. My wife and I would become the owner/operators and since she is Mexican born, she can legally acquire the land. The hotel is currently profitable, but needs someone outside of a local manager to take over and drive it to much more success. The area is gaining momentum in terms of popularity and within the next few years, this area could become almost impossible to acquire land or a business. We are very open to funding options to include a loan, equity, partnership, or combination.
