HWI is a turnkey design-build manufacturer of aseptic/sterile cleanrooms, primarily for the Life Sciences (Biotech and Pharma) - but with the recent FDA policy shift (known as "USP 797") EVERY HOSPITAL PHARMACY IN THE USA HAS AN IMMEDIATE NEED FOR A TURNKEY CLEANROOM in order to conduct their sterile compounding. HWI already has the lead in this specialty service as we've built (or are in construction) of several high-profile projects at Duke Hospital, the Cleveland Clinic, and various facilities for Univ. of Pitt. Medical Center (UPMC). We have $2.5 million on the books for '06 thru Q2 of '07, with an estimated EBITDA of $1 million. We've accomplished this with 3 employees. A $3 million Growth Capital Investment spread out over the next two years would enable us to employ the necessar
