I'm in the process of starting up a pet shop in Western North Carolina. There is a huge market for it due to four colleges being with-in 30 miles of each other and not a reliable place to get pets or pet supplies. There are only Two in Haywood county nc and only 1 in jackson county nc and the one in Jackson county is closing due to personal problems. The revenue exists and only gets stronger. The market in these areas are at a 300% mark-up and I'm just trying to get started. I've got my licensing and usda number along with my EIN number, and the downfall is no start-up capital. I'm only looking for $25,000 loan with a $900 payback a month over the course of four years.
