My name is Derek DeMeo and I am a branch manager with Vantage Point Bank.
Vantage Point Bank is a Federally Chartered Bank and all of my employees are licensed to originate in all 50 states.
I am currently seeking capital for advertising, looking for 20-25k The ROI would be huge with the correct marketing. Currently my branch is funding 2.5-3 million per month. With the correct marketing this number would be 12-15 million with revenue of 75-85k per month for volume. The numbers could be well over that if we have the capital for the right advertising.
I am looking to target the new Harp 2.0 program with specified direct mailer campaigns and we are also looking to target FHA and VA streamlines as they can close in a week to a week and a half. Turn times from start to finish on all products are 3.5 weeks max. I currently have 11 loan officers and will have 15-18 by the middle of January. The loan officer's that work here are highly qualified top producer's and have been in the business for 8+ years each. I have 10+ years management and origination experience.
