I have been in the real estate rental business for 10 years. I now want to do residential rehab houses. I need between $75,000.00 and $150,000.00 to buy the property, fix them up, pay closing cost, and sell them. The medium to higher middle class homes sell the fastest and that is the market I want to be in. In my area it takes four to twelve months to sell such a home. I am willing to pay 12-14% interest to the investor on the money loaned until the house sells. I would like to have 2-4 houses being rehab at the same time.
