i recently relocated from another state and after a period of time have decided to start back in the roofing company.
I have owned my own roofing company for over 10 years so I do have the experience and knowledge to make it work. I already have all my licenses insurance and bonding needed but have run short on operating capital. I have been the conventional route and all the banks wanted a minimum 2 years tax returns and since I have only been in business here for a few months that is impossible. In the short time that I have been here I currently have 3 contractors that use me exclusively as well as a property management company. I have a very nice and strategic business plan available upon request. The following terms are what I would like to see happen but the rates and terms are definitely negotiable. I would like to borrow $50,000 on a 2 year loan making interest only payments of 15% as various jobs get completed I will be paying down the principal. If at the end of the 2 years there is a remaining balance then I will be able to get traditional financing at that time. My goal would obviously be to pay this off within 2 years and I should be able to.
