Description: This is a former resturant with bar. We would like to purchase it and make it a motorcycle friendly bar & grill. within a year we want to put a minor motorcycle repair shop for tire changing, fluid change, detailing. Also in that same time frame we want to expand the bar making it bigger in the resturant section, placing a game room in the bar section. We have no gross sales now because its in the start up phase.
