Sachhi Enterprise Design Center is an event venue created to provide home improvement and fashion sewing workshops specifically for our local homeless men and women in the Charlotte NC area. It is also the headquarters for our HVAC and home improvement (Sparks A/C-Heat & Home Improvement) office and Fashion Design studio for SACHHI Design & Couture. The building has over 5,000 (URL removed). of space for those within our community who needs a venue for business meetings - social networking - community events. No alcohol is allowed within the premises for those who book private events. Sachhi Enterprise Design Center is also the headquarters to Derby City Fashion Week I created in Louisville KY in 2010 to illuminate the City in fashion and to provide a professionally produced platform for aspiring models, emerging fashion designers and those seeking careers within the fashion industry. I am seeking an angel investor to cover the cost of the building and materials over the next year so that we may provide home improvement training and fashion sewing workshops for viable working homeless men and women within our community. As sole proprietor I am the only person maintaining and meeting with fashion design, alterations and prospective event clients. Office hours are: Mon. - Friday 10:AM - 6:PM. Saturdays by appointments.
