My business is creating and marketing food for people that are allergic to wheat or that have Celiac Disease. The number of people that fall into that catagory is growing daily. There were over 10,000 people searching the internet last month on the topic of wheat free and allergies. That does not include the people that searched Celiac Disease (which also cannot eat wheat products). I have contacted wholesalers, am in the process of creating my business, and I have begun some promotion.
