I currently operate a specialty cake and gourmet cupcake business from my home. I have several wholesale accounts and a solid, but small, clientele. I am in need of a commercial kitchen so I can take my business to the next level. Currently in my area, there are no sit down, traditional bakeries. The local people have to rely on grocery stores for their baked goods. I am looking for funding to purchse commercial equipment as well as to lease space.
