Description: Subject property is located in Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida. It is a peninsula totaling almost 10 acres and is completely surrounded by one of the few natural rivers in Florida, the Braden River. Owner purchased the subject property in January 2005 as a future sustainable waterfront living community, the first of its kind in Manatee County. The project is called “Urth Matters”. The property first consisted of approximately 4 acres with a 3000 square foot house. The interior of house was renovated in 2006/2007. In late 2007 and additional 6 acres was purchased to complete the needed land area and is now under one parcel identification number. It will take approximately 14 to 16 months to go through the preliminary phase in the planning process with Manatee County. We are looking for preliminary funding for approximately $20,000, and $5000 per month until phase two begins. This initial phase will consist of the work from a reputable Engineering firm and will be outlined in their proposal for the work needed in this plan. Concept Development, Preliminary Drainage Design and Surveying which will include: Jurisdiction, Boundary, Topographical and Tree can be completed in two weeks. A complete description of project is available upon request. For other info visit (URL removed)
