I am seeking funding for start up Commercial/Apartment Investing business. Funds are needed, to open an LLC account for my business. Purchase income property/ies I have a few in mind. Team set-up, such as: Real Estate Attorney, Property Management, Accountant, Reserves, closing cost,etc. My goal is to aquire funds from investor, pay back borrowed funds on monthly basic with the cash flow from the income property. If there is a loan in place on the subject property, the goal is to assume the loan and borrow only downpayment, again paying back investor from the property's cash flow. The numbers must work, as to where the investor can be paid from income property, if not, I will not do the deal. My goal is to build an excellent reputation, as an novice investor with strong creditability. This is why it is extremely important all the numbers work,inwhich I can buy/hold, the income property, with the property's needs being met, as well as the lender. Needing someone to believe in me, my dream, to help me begin my journey, to financial security,independence, stability. Am open to Joint Venture/partnership, if this will help me get started. I to bring my visiualization into reality,into action. The security is, in having your own business, building it as strong as the possibilities will allow.
