Description: I am a Professional Chef and Wine Maker.I been around the business sent I was little. I been in the restaurant sent I was thirteen. I know I can build this business to be very succesful. I am needing funding for a licensing for a place called Carafe Wine Makers, it is a place were you take people on a wine tasting and they you teach them how to make there own wine. So they end up with 30 bottles of wine for there own private use, they can even make there own lables for there bottles. They also have like that I am teaching them about food/ cheese pairings as well. Couples love to doing this for there wedding, anniversary, christmas and birthdays. But they all come to do this cause it is fun! I been working with for him for 4 years now he is closing the business. But it is cause he did not do much to advertize the business. I started to do cheese pairings and booking evernts. I have sales recoders to show that I can bring in $8,000.00 or more in a month just on my own. I was planing events, booking parties and cheese pairings. I was just limited to what I was aloud to do cuase of the general manager held me back from doing more. The owner was not easy to communicate with, I feel it was more a write off them making money for him. I am looking to do wine tasting, wine making, cheese pairing, apperizers and catering. I am looking to hold business meetings to sever lunches and even delivering lunches to local business. I am working on the business plan and I have the marketing, buget, profits and cost of finacials for the location and space. Most of the build out is done just looking to add a small kitchen for appatiezers and making sandwiches for the lunch menue. I am looking for an investor to help with start up I need 15,000. Willing to pay 7 persent intrested and make payments of $535.00 per month for 30 months. But I also am looking at an early buy out as well.
