UBDG Holdings NA, Ltd. (United Beverage Distributing Group) is a wholesale distributor of alcoholic beverages by resale and distribution delivery to licensed Retail Stores, Restaurants, & Bars. Our company was incorporated in 2006, but did not engage in operations until December 2009. Our company purchases produced alcoholic beverages in retail packages at wholesale quantity from manufacturers or brand managers for resale by our wholly owned subsidiary (Mason BevCo) in individual cases to businesses licensed to resell alcoholic beverages to consumers. Long-term goal of UBDG is to establish a network of distribution across multiple strategic state territories through directly owned and operated distributor subsidiaries. In 2013 we have separated our core distribution operation Mason Wholesale Company into an independent wholly owned subsidiary, Mason Beverage Company. We are looking to capitalize on the model of holding to subsidiary to grow our business into further coming years.
