The construction and operation of a hotel and casino, located on a 3 acre site next to the international main freeway E70 in Serbia.
The hotel will include 20 rooms divided over 2 floors (260m2 per floor), hotel amenities, and an additional 50m2 lobby. The hotel will provide quality service and hospitality at competitive rates.
The restaurant that is part of the hotel (ground floor) will have a 350m2 guest area that will contain a café and a conference room. When needed the restaurant can be split up into 2 areas. A 200m2 terrace will ad to the restaurant capacity in spring and summer. The restaurant will provide quality service and hospitality with local and international food at competitive rates.
The casino will have a 500m2 guest area divided over 2 floors. One area with table games and the other with slot machines and computerized gambling machines. The casino will provide quality service and hospitality. Casino operations will be based on European standards.
