In the 12 months since inception, (URL removed) has transitioned from concept to start-up and is now prepared for the next phase of managed growth.
Ms. Credit Ed was formed by Elizabeth Karwowski as a Sole Proprietorship in October 2007. The original focus of the company was credit education, specifically for recently divorced women. In December 2007, Denis Kelly joined the Company and through May 2008, the Company transitioned to a credit restoration company with an educational backbone, and modified the name to (URL removed) to better reflect the new brand and focus.
The concentration of the company from May 2008 to November 2008 has been to carefully cultivate referral relationships while refining processes and developing intellectual property (IP). The first client was engaged in May 2008 and a mini sales call center is now operational and producing small but consistent orders. Significant IP has been developed as represented by the solid branding foundation and the results from the initial credit restoration clients.
