DnR 2nd Chances will be a staffing company geared to finding and employing people whob have been incarcarated and because of their past record cannot not find employment. This staffing agency is also geared in helping the companies that we will be using to understand and recognize that a tax break is givento them if they hire someone from my company and to show them that people can change if offered a chance. Also I am hoping to give hope to the community by cutting down on less crime because of there not being an excuse for some crimes due to not hjaving any money and I am hoping to slow down the revolving door syndrome in mosst jails due to people not being able to pay this or that because of the claim that there are no jobs out there because I am offering them.
