Single mom of 5 looking to take 20 years of experience to the next level in providing financial security for my family. This will be a cracker barrel type atmosphere restaurant. 2-3 large salad bar buffets with numerous toppings and meats for the creation of a personal salad that would be sold by the ounce with a generous portion of homemade bread or roll that you select from a display case to be toasted, browned, seasoned or warmed. The salad bar would have little recipe cards that would prompt the customer on how to create house favorite salads that I have developed over the years. If you choose to have a healthy wrap instead tortilla shells or pita pockets are available on the buffet. In the winter there would be homemade soups to add to the experience.
