I want to buy out an existing restaurant for the cost of their equipment. Everything is one year old. It is a 6,000sqft restaurant and doing about 9,000.00 gross. It has a bar, restaurant seating and pool tables with many tv screens. It is a sports bar/restaurant. I intend to add gaming machines for the family and pizza to the menu and market the business even more. I need $250,000.00 asap to buy the equipment and have some operating capital.
