I am involved with assisting funds transfers from outside this country to the USA for investment or safe haven. Currently I have a few with all proper legal paper work ready for bank transfer but lack the funds to conplete the transfers due to the cost of fees for documents that have arisen due to the 9/11 laws enacted.
