Description: All Hallow's Eve will be a family oriented Halloween entertainment center in the Sacramento, CA area. Our plans are to involve local schools with competitions for cash prizes towards performing arts departments ranging from high school to college. We are looking to tap into a market that is completely untouched in our area. We plan on keeping our admissions affordable, especially given the local and national economy.
