But today there is tremendous hike in the rate of the land and construction cost and because of which, people cannot afford the plot for his residence. And as a step for solving aforesaid problem we have decided to create the residential option by undertaking organized development for Special Township. Concept of Special Township is new for the Satara city as compared to Pune, Mumbai & MMR region.
