Description:
To provide services like a Club LibbyLu for residents in and around the Ennis area. There is no place like this unless you drive an hour to the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. Extra services would include birthday party packages (a place for people to go to have a child's birthday party when their home, McDonald's or the bowling alley are not options).
