We are in the cellular wireless spectrum industry. An opportunity has just presented itself allowing us to apply for FCC licenses in the 800 MHz wireless spectrum band. The wireless spectrum industry is the industry many of the Forbes 400 participate in. Investment units are $25,000 each for a 1.5625% membership stake. The maximum investment per member is 6 units ($150K). Total raise is $1.6 million with an additional $1.6M package available if needed. So far we have raised $400K with an additional $400K committed to. Potential return is double to triple digits annually. This is the same industry our senior partner was involved in back in the 1980’s where an initial raise of $75 million became worth $3.6 billion – a 48 time return on investment.
