I am a gluten-free educator and baker for people with Celiac Disease. I teach people how to work with gluten-free ingredients and the flours to make delicious meals and baked goods. People from here Hamburg to Buffalo to Rochester and other areas have told me my gluten-free baked goods are the best they have eaten and people ant to buy dry ingredient mixes from me.
