My husband, son and I have a lease for a night club on Bourbon St and are looking for investors. The location has four separate clubs. All of the operating and liquor licenses are already in place and we can open the doors within two weeks of the funding. We are seeking 125K start-up capital to accomplish our goals before opening. We are willing to form a 70/30 partnership until half of the 125K is re-paid, then the partnership will become a 50/50 partnership. We will manage and operate the club and will not cash out any of our 30% until our half of the initial investment is re-paid.
