Description: I created my company to go to select cities and develop entertainment venues. I plan to develop various businesses in the City of Bessemer, Alabama. Bessemer acquired the Amazon Fulfillment Center in 2019. Bessemer has also acquired several huge distribution centers (Lowe's Distribution, FEDEX, and CarVana). Bessemer is a hot spot with blocks of available residential land. The City is also expanding their roads for optimum convenience. We are hoping to develop old buildings in the downtown area into a walkable community with various retail shops, bars and restaurants. Recently, I connected with an investor and the President of the Bessemer Redevelopment Organization who sees strong potential for an entertainment venue to host summer concerts in the parks. Another investor is turning an old freight yard into a huge farmer's market/Entertainment Venue. This same investor is buying residential property in the historic district and renovating homes with historical charm. In five(5) years, we hope to turn four major streets in the historic district into a tourist attraction. There are about eight (8) mansions that I want to save before they deteriorate. My goal is to save the historic craftsman style homes in the immediate downtown area before they deteriorate. There are other homes with craftsman style details that I want to save as well. Bessemer has a company developing the area with sidewalks and street lamps in hopes to beautify the neighborhood. People/Investment companies are buying properties in the area, paying taxes, and that's as far as they go. There are some blocks with one or two vacant homes om the entire block, which I would love to buy and place $200,000+ homes. These blocks are on the major highway with 75,000 cars per day passing through the City of Bessemer. This will be a great investment for the City of Bessemer. It will change the economic dynamics of the City. Habitat for Humanities are in the planning stages of building 125 residential homes in Bessemer. I know these are affordable homes for low-income families, but it will be great for the City of Bessemer. City of Bessemer is also buying homes near the new distribution centers to widen the roads for semi-trucks leaving the Lowe's, CarVana, and FedX distribution centers. These residents will be looking for low-income housing due to the fact that these homes are worth less than $25,000. Hopefully, Habitat for Human
