In this declining market of real estate, there is such an incredible opportunity to purchase property. Time has passed for finding and buying property to flip, but it is now time to buy at the reduced prices that are out there. Rent the propety for a year to two years and than sale the property when the property values increase.
As a real estate agent, I am seeing property going for 50% less than what it sold for two years ago. Some of these homes need cosmetic work. I not looking for property that needs major work. An example is a side by side brick ranch with two bedrooms and three bedrooms sold for $185,000; it was being sold for $93,000. This great deal is sold, but there are plenty others.
Most of the home owners are looking for people to purchase their property to get out from under the prospect of being repossed.
