Since this is a start-up company I have no gross sales.
My belief is sales will be upward of $250k.
The property has 2acres with 1/12 acres to use extra.
So it could be a small, but powerful workout ranch, large enough to service the community needs.
We have 3 rescue horses, 3 Chickens and are about to receive 2 goats, all thes animals no one wants. We are looking to build on our property a Riding Arena, Round Pen, Horse Walker, Barn, etc.
We also have a small house on the property to sercure out business someone will be onsite at all times.
