I see the need to open a retail store in our neighborhood. I want to buy liquidation and wholesale items and have a resale shop. In this day and time with costs rising in every aspect of live no one wants to go to the mall and buy $140.00 dresses, $80.00 jeans, and shirts for $50.00. Therefore if I can aquire the same types of merchandise and resell them at a less expensive price I think people would shop there more often. And if they could find everything under one roof rather than go from store to store I think this type of store would do great. We have one other store like this and people travel 10 miles across town to go there because they know they will be able to find a deal. They have overstocks from the the major department stores and these are the types of things I would like to get in my store also.
