Description:
I am looking to open an overstock variety store in the perfect location. In the same strip mall as a open pantry gas station and a nail salon. The women always looking for a deal and the men looking for that last minute gift he forgot to pick up. There are no other dollar stores or discount stores in the area only grocery store and over priced walgreens therefore they would have to travel 3 to 5 miles for the nearest discount store if I put one within the mile of sub divisions on all sides it can't do anything but make money.
