I am a disabled women and am trying to start up my own horse stables and event center. I have found the property and need to raise the capital to get started. I have had horses for over 40 years and have taught over 40 children and adults to ride. I would like to teach western and show jumping. I have already incorporated as an LLC and have my business registered with the state so I do not want to lose the property. It is 51 acres with another 324 acres to go with it later . The property is in great condition and it has 10 acres in set aside that brings in $ 2,600.00 a year. I am in need of 5 Million Dollars to get this business up and running. The Property has to be fenced in and a barn built buy the horses saddles bridles blankets . I need horse insurance and farm coverage. I need horse trailers and 2 trucks to hall to events.
