Business process Consulting 2. Enterprise Automation Solutions 3. Change Management Consulting PRODUCT KULTEK ERP VER 1.3 KULTEK embarked on a creation for an in-house product development in 2007. It identified a huge vacuum of industry standard applications between the top level ERP solutions and the entry level accounting packages. Organizations that had outgrown the accounting packages and needed more controls, procuress and end-to end integration between various processes were unable to afford the high cost of enterprise level software. Beginning of 2009 it launched an uniquely simple and comprehensive package for the SME Trading and Contracting companies targeted at middle east market. The product was conceived to be built on the latest in web technologies from Microsoft i.e. ASP (URL removed) and C# along with MS SQL Server as the Database. Future versions are also planned compatible to other RDBMS. The first release that hit the market in Jan 2009 included all business essential modules like • Finance Management • Inventory Management • Purchase Management • Order Management • Human Capital Management The ERP product was named “KULTEK ERP” based on the objective behind any process automation. It offers some unique features on top of the typical standard features of any ERP solutions: Some of the unique features relevant to Middle East specifically like • The use of large number of contract labor demands the HCM module to cater to separate treatment of contracted labor for whom payment are processed as salary but as contractor payments. This is beyond the usual needs of middle-east e.g. detailed report on Visa, Passport, Driving License, and Insurance Expiry to avoid fines. • Most of Enterprise Accounting packages are tendered only for trading customers, where they do not account for the service items explicitly neither can account for cost incurred in man-hours and other services which goes into completing a specific order. Unfortunately today pure trading activities have been limited to only OTC (Over the Counter) Sales. Else, everywhere the seller invests in services to complete a sales transaction for which he is never reflected the clear profitability in an order. KULTEK ERP is an ERP which bridges this gap effectively by summarizing even service costs associated with a specific order and providing a simple and transparent report on the profitability of any Order as on date. Hence this is ideal for any midsized Contracting as well as trading companies who execute project sales orders. • KULTEK ERP software also goes a step further than conventional ERP software in it’s finance operation where middle-east region specific transactions like Cheque Discounting, Extensive use of Letter of Credit both for Import as well as Export shipments; and Finally complete functionality of handling Post Dates Cheque s both for receiving and paying so that accurate Cash flow analysis and bank reconciliation can happen.
