Description:
A small antique and collectibles shop in a quaint small town. Will also provide old time services to the community such as tea parties, candy counter, checkers and card tournaments. We are going into another recession. So the setting of the Merchantile is appropriate to the times. It will have the layout of the old time merchantile of the 1850's-1930's. I have the rental property in a prime location of the main street of the business district.
