Description:
I am opening a small boutique hotel in the Tulum, MX area. This will be a very unique semi all- inclusive hotel set in the jungles of the Riviera Maya. Guests will be far enough away from the city to enjoy the flora and fauna, while still being close enough to experience the shopping, the tours and the beach. We will offer gourmet cuisine nightly, spa service, individual cabanas, lush surroundings and an extremely high level of customer service. I am seeking a total of $750k for land purchase, construction and working capital.
