Description:
We are Builder/Realtor husband/wife team. While living in the TX Hill Country, we have seen the need for a Retirement Community. We can find the land and do all the construction. Just need a investor. We are a quality builder. As a realtor, we hear the needs of the clients for this type of housing, which does not exist. We are in the design and planning stage.
