We are a part time catering company, trying to grow into a full time company by taking small steps. Began just catering small events and have recently advertised with Facebook pages. My husband (the chef) works for The City of Fresno, but graduated from Le Corden Bleu in SF, CA, Calif Culinary Academy. We have 3 sides to our business. Hors d' Oeurves & Upscale Dinners. "The Gastro Grill", which is upscale BBQ. And "Gimme Some Lunch", which is our newest addition of lunch box delivery for meetings and gatherings.
