I am seeking funds / business partner / prom note provider, for a business that I am starting up here in Ohio that has been virtually untapped and will be VERY profitable.
I have been hired by Audit Funding (at (URL removed)) to become their Forensic Mortgage Auditor for their clients. I audit mortgages for errors and omissions in our clients mortgage documents and then our seasoned attorneys will go back to that clients lender and demand reduction in terms and or payments. This type of action greatly benefits those in foreclosure and or those who have received a notice of default. This is not a loan modification (which aren't working for hundreds of thousands of people), instead this is a chance to get lenders to admit their mistakes and give our clients a break they need.
Currently I am auditing loans for California, however, I have a chance to open up and start Auditing Mortgages in Ohio, which is a vast goldmine in itself!
