I wish to acquire a local cafe that has great space being wasted, revamp and expand the kitchen facilities and expand the menu and business hours. I have over 35 years of Hospitality experience both front of the house and back. My son has been taking extensive training with food network greats such as Collette Peters, Ron Ben Israel, Gunther Notter. It is our desire to focus on fusion cuisine & specialty cakes, special events, catering, ect.
I come with equipment of my own, there is equipment in this location and I am willing to offer my personal home equity as collaterial. Time is of the essence.
