Description:
I am co-owner of Oregon Real Estate Properties. It is a Real Estate Firm. We have a group of Brokers that work in our company as Indepentent Contractors. They have an office space here and pay an 85/15 split out of their commission to our company. We have producing brokers and at this point their split is paying all of the costs it takes to keep this office running.
