First Class Industries is a real estate investment firm based out of Stratford CT. We are a small team of knowledgeable investors who are seeking to do rehab projects in the local area for growth in capital. We have a long list of experienced and equipped business professionals and tools that bring these kind of deals to us directly. We have 4 contractors and two electricians we partnered with in order to do multiple deals. Our web site brings in over 100 visits a month and generates anywhere from 4-8 leads! We are affiliated with many mail campaign companies, have a full time attorney to overlook all our real estate transactions and customize specific legal documents necessary to properly obtain such deals. We have a few realtors and 2 mortgage guys that we have also affiliated with to make all acquisitions run smoothly and efficiently. We use 2 professional real estate programs to sort out the numbers on all the deals we receive. We are a small group of only 3-4 people with over 30 years real estate experience between us.
