Description: I am starting up a Supply Company for the Natural Gas Industry. I have been in this Industry for over 25 years. I did start a similar Company from Ground Zero with my Father-In-Law and ran it for over 15 years, until his passing. I sold the business and have worked for various Manufacturers in the Industry as a Regional Manager and also for a couple Major Gas Utilities. I have found myself wanting to return to serving my Customers with the proper Customer Service and Products again. I cover a 6-10 State Territory. I have been am still very active in all phases of the Industry and just need some Capital Investment to get this off the ground. I have some very good product lines and a friend who I am currently working with but we are stymied because of financial issues. We currently have two major projects that we are supplying all materials (URL removed)y of Lebanon, MO and Branson, MO. Neither of which has ever had Natural Gas. J.P. Morgan is involved with the funding and installation of the Projects We are supplying all the Pipe, Valves, Fittings, Meters and various other equipment lines.... This could really be a big thing if we did it (URL removed) margins are very good and I would really like to get this off the bottom and return to what I (URL removed) last Company did @ $5Mil annually and @ 25% avg profit..... I am searching for an Investor who will work with us to set up a business operation and give us the support needed to "fly".... I am a Christian and believe in doing things right and honest.
