ZAF continues to accelerate manufacturing in order to ship batteries to strategic customers for ongoing field testing and third-party validation. To date, we are working with six of the largest battery manufacturers in the world, the three largest heavy trucking manufacturers in the U.S., multiple leading global data center companies, multiple divisions of the US military and leaders in distributed microgrids. ZAF’s batteries have exceeded performance expectations for power, capacity and efficiency which are key drivers to our firm’s unique value proposition. Our next steps include negotiating licenses with the leading battery manufacturers and obtaining follow-on purchase orders for initial quantities to be used for commercial trials and for initial volume commitments to motivate license partners to expedite factory launches. Additional steps include securing upfront licensing fees and joint venture commitments.
