Steel Pulse Corporate Wellness will be the most unique health and wellness facility in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. An unintimidating, tranquil enviromnent in which the 3,800 tennants of the US Bank Plaza will have a full array of health and fitness services at their disposal.
We have a full business plan and a 10 year lease from Hines Ownership in hand. We are seeking venture capital in order to fund the build-out and provide 6 months of working capital in order to proceed with this project. Hines Ownership is contributing $100,000 to this project as we will be an ammenity to their tenants.
We are privately owned (Husband and Wife) and have over 20 years of combined experience in the health and wellness industry. We are professional, determined and very passionate about assisting our members/clients achieve optimal health through healthly lifestyle habits.
