Description: I have built and designed over 30 profitable restaurants around the country. I am a professionally trained chef and manager. I have been consulting for over 7 years. My last creation is a machine, the most successful of any of the restaurants I have ever built, or seen. I also found this out during a recession, in a town that is choking with to many restaurants.
