We are looking for small investment capital. We are not looking for large amounts of money. We are looking long term, with obvious growth potential. The core group of our company comes from a chef/consultant with over 20 years of experience, opening restaurants, boutique hotels, lodges and trouble shooting for restaurant and corporate companies. He has opened over 17 successful restaurants, 10 in Oregon alone (all of which are still open and successful!). He is the designer and concept man of our group.
