Description:
Convert 80,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility into a trades vocational school where all trade head instructors are business entreprenaurs operating as independant operators of their trade. They will take in paying students instructing them with on the job training venue within their expertise. Our machine shop and design experts along with our professional staff, in CAD and CNC equipment will offer patent prototype developement, created in any material medium. Our onsite patent research and attorney staffing can get these products on the market, by patent filing and market research demand, and line up manufacturing companies for these inventions. We will offer step by step working arrangements for the inventors alongside our staff in developing their prototype. With a broad commercial trades facility attached we will be able to receive immediate professsional assistance from within. I have been advertising for filling these professional openings and found a broad base of qualified personnel to take up the challenge. The campus sits on 68 acres along a major roadway, this will allow our company to gain great commercial exposure to the broad range of what we have to offer. Since the facility was once a wood manufacturing area there a still functioning wood drying kilns onsite We would like to utilize, drying our old growth timber that will be salvaged from Maine lakes and waterways. This industry has been proven to develope 775,000 dollars revenue per year, with only one other competitor within the state.
