Description: My name is David Smith CDR# 6549703, I am a dealer broker with Nobles and Richards CRD# 146870 SEC# 8-67859 would like to discuss a private offering for Preferred shares in Silverton Energy. Silverton Energy Inc is a Small-Cap Oil & Gas Production Company with operations in Oklahoma. The tumultuous energy markets the world has seen over the last decade prompted management to position a company to capitalize on what management believes will be a monumental correction with oil prices rising substantially. The management of Silverton seeks and executes on acquisitions as part of an early rollup strategy to accumulate oil production. The acquisition of production rather than drilling can be an expedited approach to revenue creation. Management currently has a watchful eye on the largest private producers the area extracting upward of 500-barrel p/day, that have expressed interest in retirement and transition plans. Silverton Energy Inc sought new management in March of 2023. Since Managements takeover of Silverton in March of 2023, a simultaneous acquisition of Xutapa Properties LLC in Northern Oklahoma was completed. The Xutapa assets consist of approximately 2800 acres, and producing wells on the same property. Silverton's plan is to rollup assets in close proximity to their current operations with an eye on the private producers in the area extracting upward of 800-barrel p/day. To fund the acquisitions, Silverton intends to exploit three sources of capital: revenue, offered equity, bank debt and in cases of larger acquisitions, a combination of the three. Silverton believes that by acquiring producing properties and positioning vertical as the operator it can deliver strong value to their shareholders.
