PARTNER NEEDED! The present invention is directed to a process of producing synthetic fuel using recycled scrap tire rubber as a feedstock.
This technological process produces the following products: propane-butane fraction (liquefied petroleum gas), methane fraction (high-methane synthetic gas), petrol and diesel fuel. Non-organic compounds of raw material – zinc and magnesium oxide (compulsory components of any rubber material) and, also iron oxide (from steel tire cord), are eliminated from technological process and utilized. It is used as a raw material for metallurgy. The above-referenced final products are derived simultaneously, in certain proportions, or selectively. For selective production of a specific product, only the physical parameters are modified and no changes are required to be implemented in the technological process itself.
Total yield makes up 70% of raw material mass used. At continuous round the clock production mode, the total yield is defined by composition of the raw material and is not based on type of final product selected.
This technological production mainly dedicated to scrap tires recycling process involves two factors. First, the problem of scrap tires recycling is one of the main environmental issues today. Second, scrap tires, from technological point of view, is the least expensive organic raw material available today (it is a known fact that municipalities of some big cities finance scrap tire recycling programs themselves and in favor of production conditions of starting cost of a raw material sums up to a zero)(URL removed)s technological production is environmentally safe. The implementation of technological process itself produces gas fumes that are generated as a result of an ecologically clean fuel burn in a steam boiler furnace.
