Saucedo Property Management is a small property management company that has been in business since 2006. Due to the lack of funds, we have not been able to expand. We currently manage 2 properties and are seeking to aquire multi-family and commercial properties. The ultimate goal is to aquire properties and lease/rent the properties while developing them through the span of three years(depending on the market and area)and resale the properties.
